Blood sausage with apples

2 pieces of blood sausages or 1.5’’ for a piece of bread

2-3 tsp. butter

1 large apple seeded and diced (Cortland or Mcintosh)

Fresh rosemary, salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a glass mold place the sausages
  3. Put the butter on the sausages
  4. Place on the side and on the sausages the diced apples
  5. Bake for 30 minutes
  6. Season to taste and serve
