Apple, maple and cheese lasagna

9 cooked lasagna noodles
2 cups of béchamel sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 apples, sliced
2 cups of spinach
1-2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Assemble the layers by alternating: pastry, sauce, spinach and apple slices.
  3. Finish by spreading cheese on top and bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is well melted.
