Ingredients

2 apples (Cortland) washed and sliced
1/4 cup of Rougemont Mellow apple juice
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or soy spread (“Wow Butter” type)
Your favorite granola (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Slice an apple and dip in apple juice to prevent browning.
  2. Pat apple slices dry on paper towels. Place on a plate.
  3. Add peanut butter or soy spread and top with your choice of granola.
Tip

Want to make it school friendly? Simply use soy spread instead of peanut butter!
