Apple and fruit rolls

Ingredients

4 cups apples, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp white sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 ½ cups fruit of your choice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, add apples, water, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until apples have softened.
  3. Pour into a food processor, add the remaining fruit and blend until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake until thoroughly dried, 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Cut and roll.
