- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and have a muffin tin handy.
- Using a circle cutter or knife, cut out 3 smaller circles from each large tortilla.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip tortillas in oil, then cover with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Place muffin tins upside down, then insert tortilla between 2 slots to form a taco. Repeat.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until tortillas are crisp.
