Apple and strawberry crumble

4 cups apples (Spartan), diced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Rougemont McIntosh apple juice
½ cup soft butter or margarine
1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except apples and strawberries.
  3. Pour apples and strawberries into bottom of an ovenproof pan.
  4. Cover with oatmeal mixture.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes.
