Apple and maple cider

  • 2 oz of Rye Whiskey
  • 2 oz of apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 egg white (chickpea oil for vegan option)
  • A hint of ginger beer
  • A slice of fresh or dried apple for garnish


  1. Mix together the Rye Whisky, the apple juice, the maple sirup, the Angostura Bitters, the egg white (or chickpea) and the hint of ginger beer in a shaker. Stir.

  2. Pour into glasses.

  3. Add fresh ou dried apple in the drink. Enjoy!
